"Was already bad with only chat bots available and unhelpful, unresponsive support. Now it won't even open, just saying to close and open the app. It aligns with their phone customer support where the only thing happening is a bot telling me to reboot my router. Unbelievable. Never had an issue with Unity Media and now 1 week of Vodafone I have been without internet and support 3 separate days. Looking forward to canceling my contract and getting a new provider."
